According its official website, "The LivCom Awards were launched in 1997 and is the World's only Awards Competition focusing on International Best Practice regarding the management of the local environment. The objective of LivCom is to develop and share International Best Practice, with the further objective of improving the quality of life of individual citizens through the creation of 'liveable communities'".

The Actions of Sustainable Building and Environmental Reforming in Kaohsiung(永續建築環境改造行動計畫)(Socio-Economic project)
I have introduce it in my previous post. Like the fairy tale "Jack and the Beanstalk", vine-shaped central structure while propped bike lanes and the sky garden on top. The three bike lane stretch out like the pea sprouts, fleeing into the surrounding greenery, blending with the surrounding urban landscape. The night with lighting effects, creating new fashion art landmark, is one of Kaohsiung shoot to share the beauty of the city.
